Returns & Refunds

Because OPUL is a haircare product applied directly to the scalp and hair, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind due to hygiene and safety reasons. We hope you understand.

That said, we never want you to be stuck with something that isn't right. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 3 days of receiving it with your order number and a photo showing the condition of the item. We'll assess these on a case-by-case basis and do our best to find a solution that works for you.

If you have any other concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll look into it. Where a refund is agreed upon, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 14 days.
